How can a moment of discovery change a person’s life? The Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum and Leslie Science & Nature Center witnesses children expand their worlds every day. Last year, they shared inspirational STEAM and nature-based experiences with about 300,000 learners through field trips, outreach programs in schools, and welcoming visitors to their sites. They believe that all children deserve to understand and connect to the expansive world around them. To achieve this goal, they’ve launched a Access for All initiatives which remove barriers to these inspirational experiences.
