Pull up a chair and let us do the slicing. We’re hosting an evening devoted to two of life’s great pleasures: exceptional cheese and thoughtfully crafted cured meats. We’ll guide you through a rotating lineup of artisan cheeses and charcuterie from small producers around the world: the kind of makers who obsess over their animals, their craft, and the flavors that only come from patience and tradition. Along the way, we’ll share the stories behind the foods, tips on building a knockout board at home, and plenty of pairing ideas to make your next gathering effortless and delicious. Expect cheeses that range from bright and creamy to nutty, funky, and complex, alongside silky prosciutto, rustic salami, and other cured specialties sliced fresh.
