WebstaurantStore is a restaurant supply company based in Lititz, Pennsylvania, where they offer commercial-grade equipment to the foodservice industry through online ordering and commercial shipping. They carry over 430 THOUSAND products, many of which come from over 70 private-label brands!
Originally founded in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, WebstaurantStore was a business-to-business and residential sales company established in 2004 by current President Dave Groff. In 2012, they expanded their operation to Madisonville, Kentucky, followed by Dayton, Nevada in 2013 and Cumberland, Maryland in 2014. As of 2026, WebstaurantStore also has warehouses in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Georgia, Nevada, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Texas, and Maryland. In total, they have 18 distribution centers!

Mark Fate, head of our purchasing team, is in charge of all our restaurant supply orders – which means he’s got a lot of investment in finding a simple, reliable website! WebstaurantStore’s transparency, wealth of information, and excellent customer service has made this choice a no-brainer. “Their energy goes towards helping the customer get what they want, not pressuring for more sales. Their pricing is more stable than most other vendors and extremely competitive,” Mark says.
Un-fork-gettable Supplies for our Deli
WebstuarantStore stocks us with too many things to count to keep us going! Our top purchases are: soda cups, four sizes of to-go paper bags, pickle bags, coffee dispenser boxes for events, compostable cutlery, and to-go soup containers. We started buying from WebstaurantStore in 2013, but the focus then was only on operating supplies and equipment. In 2018, our local compostables vendor went out of business, and we needed to find a vendor that helped us meet our sustainability goals. “We noticed how competitive their Compostable Choice brand products were,” Mark says. “We did extensive testing in Catering and on the Sandwich Line and were thrilled with the results.” When we crunched the numbers and saw the savings we would make with this switch, we were sold! We’ve been a member of their services and place pretty large weekly orders ever since.
