DESCRIPTION:This event will take place IN PERSON at Zingerman’s Greyline!\nFor over two decades now\, a burgeoning\, but loosely-bound cheesemaking community has been bubbling underground here in Michigan. We’re excited to introduce you to the Michigan Cheese and Dairy Guild\, a diverse group of cheese makers\, farmers\, retailers\, restaurateurs\, foodies\, and enthusiasts with a mission to promote the prosperity of the Michigan food and tourism industry\, with a special focus on supporting the local artisan cheese and dairy economy.  \nWe love talking to you about cheese from our cheese counter and special events and we’re thrilled to invite you to join us at this happy hour to meet the founding members of the Guild\, sample some of their finest creations\, and sip on some delicious wine pairings carefully selected for each cheese.  \nYou’ll get to enjoy our Zingerman’s Deli take on a favorite Detroit’s Monger Provisions grilled cheese offering: Leelanau Raclette\, Zingerman’s Deli Sea Salt Chips\, Cornichon\, and Zingerman’s Bakehouse Farm Bread. Try one of Zingerman’s Catering’s most beloved apps with a new twist – bacon wrapped dates stuffed with Zingerman’s Creamery cheese. In addition to the wine pairings that come with your ticket\, there will also be a cash bar for additional drinks! DESCRIPTION:This event will take place IN PERSON at Zingerman’s Delicatessen!\nThis is THE ultimate Deli All Stars Experience! Learn about the history of Zingerman’s Deli and taste our favorite iconic Deli dishes! There will be reubens (of course!)\, Jewish classics\, our can’t live without pantry ingredients (like Parmigiano Reggiano and 30 year aged balsamic vinegar) and a sampling of other exceptional products from the Deli and across our Zingerman’s Community of Businesses.  We’ve included staff favorites and also some items we think are under appreciated. \nThis dinner is perfect if you are a long time fan looking for behind the scenes deets and insider Zecrets (like when’s the best time to shop?).  It’s also great for newcomers who have been curious to know what we’re all about. We’ll share Zingerman’s history of how it all started and also where we’re planning to go in the future with our 2032 vision.  Come taste our most iconic and famous foods that best exemplify why you really can taste the difference. \nYour host for the evening is Deli Managing Partner Grace Singleton.  The tasting will be interactive and there will be time for lots of questions and answers.  And if you really want a peek behind the scenes\, sign up for one of the limited spaces for a private tour (will take place from 5-6pm). \nPlease note: This menu contains meat\, gluten\, dairy\, nuts\, and fish. DESCRIPTION:This event will take place IN PERSON at Zingerman’s Delicatessen!\nSpring Break is here and it’s the perfect time to let your kids raid the Deli’s chocolate stash with us! They’ll enjoy an hour of sugar-filled taste-and-tell with our tasting experts as we explore the process of making chocolate\, learn how to taste like an expert so you can taste the difference between a good chocolate and a great one\, and taste through the spectrum of white to dark and points between. Early enough in the afternoon that you won’t be up all night with excited kids\, but late enough that you can order sandwiches after the event to take home for dinner! Plus\, take 20% off our entire chocolate and specialty foods collection after the class for some treats as we head into the holiday weekend (and maybe a couple of goodies for the parents as well). \nIn our JUST FOR KIDS tasting events\, we’ll teach your kids to taste the food like an expert – using the 5 steps to tasting great food\, just like our sensory specialists who select the products we well at the Deli! \nWe think kids ages 5-11 would most enjoy this event\, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you think your older or younger ones would enjoy as well.  Parents are welcome to attend at no charge and observe on the sidelines. \nPlease note: many of our chocolates contain dairy.
