(But hey\, this isn’t college\, so no pre-req required!) This class we’ll be talking about all things Gouda. Gouda is a washed curd cheese and is one of our most requested cheeses on our counter. We have variations that range from young & supple to aged & flaky\, so we have plenty to explore in this tasting class.
