The answer is vinegar: finely aged\, potently flavorful\, rare and authentic balsamic vinegar. One of our pantry staples at the Deli is the balsamic vinegar that we source from Vecchia Dispensa in Modena\, Italy. While the special bottles of Traditzionale are tucked in the cabinet\, it doesn’t mean they’re off limits – we’ll have samples of these “celebration” bottles of vinegar in addition to the everyday lineup of condimento balsamics!
